I hope you know the $0.99 promo is per customer. You can't register your second domain that cheap.

if your Gt card is being rejected online, call the number at the back of your card and make sure that you have enough funds in your account. for now the card is number 1 for international payments. promo codes are used one per a customer so an old user cannot reuse it again except with another card and a new account.

ok i am using my sisters gtb card actually and have called her to come with the card now. so i will try to call the number behind the card as you said. but if it still doesnt work i will need your help to buy it for me. if promo codes can be used by one customer one time, i will give you my account and you will login with my account help me login and pay with your card.' tho this is my theory i dont know if it can work but i will first do the gtb when my sister is here. thank you.

I'm still having issue making payment for a domain on Godadday website. I try visiting my bank about the Issue and I was told that you can't make payment with Naira MasterCard. I was advise to open a domiciliary account. According to them, the problem is shortage of Dollar in the country. I'm even looking for a way to make my own payment. Plus I don't know if Paypal will work.
