Hello guys, does anyone knos ow long it takes memorial university to make a decision on admission |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 11 by justwise(m): 8:47pm On Dec 16, 2016 |
lovetrumps: Those reasons for the refusal are generic, you need to order for the GCMS which will explain in details why they refused her application then it will be easier to address the refusal points. Those documents you submitted are not bad, don't be in a hurry to reply until you get the full details from them. |

Pls for online application if someone gets a passport request; 1- how would you submit it.? 2- how much would the process cost ? 3- what are the requirements to take along? |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 11 by Nobody: 8:59pm On Dec 16, 2016 |
vickyehi:Congratulations Vickyehi, Cannyzionist did his/her own this way "I wrote an authorization letter and submitted alongside vfs collection slip/copy of Int'l passport to my local UPS. My local UPS scanned both and send to UPS Lagos. I was copied in the email exchange between UPS, I forwarded the email with attachment to vfs at feedback.cannig@vfshelpline.com. In the email forwarded to vfs, I gave an authorization that my processed application should be given to UPS upon arrival. I was also chatting with someone in vfs to follow up the progress until my passport was dispatched to UPS Lagos. After collection, UPS Lagos sent the parcel to my local UPS. I quoted my tracking ID and application number in all correspondence". Frostbaby did her own this way "Yea, i paid 7300 for return delivery n attached the receipt along with my passport n other doc i was asked to submit". Or you can still appear in person at VFS and you won't be charged any fee. 3 Likes |

lovetrumps: You may be able to drive a strong application by... 1. If your spouse applies for SOWP and joins your child as a minor dependant... 2. Both your spouse and child applies for visiting.... 3. You have initially joined your child in your study permit application as a minor dependant.... 4. apply study permit for child (complicated!!) * in 1 & 2 it is most advisable that you travel first and secure your study permit before applying.... as this will create a history of Canada travel itself (attaching copies of immigration stamps at PoE and study permit to your application) Or else... How do you support a claim of you inviting someone into a place you haven't visited yourself ?? !!.. That's why I said it requires thinking.. * you have passed nos 3.stage, hence the options you have left is 1 & 2 now. Nos 4. is NOT advised!! Regards. 1 Like |

Hello gurus in the house, please I need your help. I submitted my application on the 26th of October via paper route. Ever since then I never relieved mobile phone notification neither did I receive mail so I had to return to vfs Lagos to complain. I was then told there's no email on my application which I knew I filled. This means the embassy haven't been able to reach me all the while, I can't tell if I got booked for medicals already since I never received mails. Tho vfs promised to help fixing it but what if the system has demanded my medicals before now ? Please what do I do ? |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 11 by Austinpee4: 12:48am On Dec 17, 2016 |
seyo99:Smh @VFS and they won't admit it's their error. This is just one of their many inadequacies. My dear, If you are sure you filled your form correctly with your email address too, be rest assured the embassy will contact you when they need your medical examination with the email address you filled.Just keep checking your email regularly and also your junk/spam mails. If a vital information like email or telephone number or evn contact info wasn't in your application form, it would have been returned to you by the embassy for you to make proper input because they can only stay intouch with you with the info you filled in your form. Apparently, Vfs just deducted money for sms and all but failed to live up to their responsibility of reaching you through that medium. They will never admit this. The embassy will most definitely reach you if they need anything from you. You have nothing to worry over. |

I decided not to go along with GVC agency for bank statement upgrade anymore based on advice I received here. Though still cracking my head to locate a sponsor with good SOA. Contemplating applying for a PhD study in the USA instead of continuing my quest for a 2nd MEng in Canada but my spirit tells me US Visa will be more stringent and difficult than Canada |

OK now I have to ask those people who come here saying they have partial or full funding for their Master degree in Canada. Please how do I get a partial or full tuition funding? Writing to my school Uregina graduate school or supervisor? Is that the way to go about it? |
