It was announced yesterday from the presidency that 13 states(excluding lagos state) have submitted the list of verified participants while waiting for other states to send theirs and the arrangement have made to ensure that the participants get their stipends before xmas.
Let hope lagos state will fasten their belt cos i cant wait to get BANK ALERT
