Not refuting your claims, but with all due respect that pay is for contract staffs, no banker will tell you how much he/she earns, but no bank pay such amount for GT... Access bank as it is self pay far above 200k for starters.... And you are now saying FBN is paying 70k in this era.... can't laugh enough

That's no where close to the truth. You can earn that in the training school maybe.

But when you resume fully, you have a very competitive take home plus mouth watering allowances which will be indicated on your offer letter.

ONDs/Contract staff are the ones on this kind of payroll; more over, GTB and UBA contract staff take home surpass what was indicated above talkless of a Graduate Trainee. Please wake up

Training school is 43k for 3months...graduate trainee is 2.3m total package...120k monthly till you are confirmed ...when confirmed it will be reduced to 100k back office staff 90k marketing...the 20k on top would be added up to give you as upfront..den leave 200k..that's all you need to know as per their pay

and there's what they call pfp..it's performance related paid at the end of the year..it's differs because it is calculated based on individual,team and branch performance...13th month pay (not up to 100k sha)

If you have anyone in HR in corporate headquarters you are in already .

Hmmm bro, no connection at all from my ends. When I was travelling to jos for the test I sat with a woman that was making a call...she was telling the person from the other end how she submitted her daughter's name to the ED. According to her , she worked in first bank for 18 years .

Now this is where we get it wrong, was in a FBN branch today, lots of people infact I think that FBN branch is currently short of staffs, even at that extreme pressure, she was very careful, she was saying she didnt want anybody 2 talk 2 her like a kid, you dont learn smartness whyl on d job, u must b smart b4 u get in, are u wondering whyl FBN went for dragnet to conduct d test, dragnet takes d smart not d brilliant, 1st class in accounting doesnt guarantee that u'r smart enough to work in a bank. The woman may be d ex ED, but if her daughter dont make it out of this test, dont see her entrying, banks are no charity organizations, but if she has some banking experience why not, they can let her in, but I doubt if she will enter without been smart to ward off d challenges along d way, my thought sha

Read up the thread, most especially page 40 to the current page.

I sat for the test on the 10th of December and it went pretty well. It was smooth with no glitch. The question is how do we get to know our scores? when do we get an invite for the next stage?
