This happens to be my first time of using Gionee phone and I must confess I am highly disappointed. Its exactly one year now I bought Gienee M3mini but today the phone is dead as all the efforts i made to revive the phone was in successful.

Why do you have to jump into such conclusion?
The fact that someone died while sleeping doesn't mean others should not sleep again or the fact that someone died in a motor accident does not mean others will nt ride in a car anymore.
i used my first Gionee for 3 years without any issue aside the charging port and i just bought another gionee product this month.so pls stop misleading others.

Bros, I don't think it's only Gionee. Most low-end phones from brands like Huawei, Nokia, Samsung have issues even within 6 months. That's why I've decided to read reviews online before using my money to buy any phone.

Gionee is an awesome brand, and the fact that one phone you were unlucky enough to buy had issues doesn't mean the brand as a whole is sub-par. Have been using Gionee M5 for a few months now and I love it, I have never had a complaint, the battery is SUUUUPERBB and the interface is just lovely. If you have issues with your phone and truly bought it through the right channels, it shouldn't be an issue to cash in your warranty and demand a new one. PERIOD!!

I am using the phone to type this post after 24 hrs with many trials. I just hope it doesn't off till I am able to get access to their customer service. However if you are willing to to pay 15k I would let go of it.
