The schools should at least create an enabling environment so that corps members posted to them would function effectively. FYI, my ppa don't pay and don't offer accommodation. so tell me, how can someone with the 19800 that gets blown away in 2weeks due to the hike in price of goods and services in the country will cope, to survive means that the person will have to add extra ppa(s) and hence making him/or less effective even in his/her primary ppa. so my sister, i'll try my possible best eh but will not kill my self because last time i checked, iyam not chief servant.
