Though commendable, this is junk journalism. why not show us the packaging of the plastic rice and what the grains look like so the public could be wary of buying it in the market. Yes the rice could be re-bagged but the public would be more cautious already |

There is nothing like plastic rice. Nigerians are too lazy intellectually to engage in serious critical thinking due to damage caused by both poor education system and religion. What you see in the video from China is noodle formed like rice. Another one is granular plastic for industrial use, nothing to do with food. If you sell plastic for rice in China, it is death sentence. Again, if you boil plastic from morning till night, it will never become soft to chew... so who will buy it? Don't believe these illiterate government officials, the custom people are lying. How many of you have seen this so called plastic rice except posts on those blog sites and rumors. To understand this issue better, read international respected news including people's response, for you to understand this issue. Don't rely on Nairaland, Linda Ikeji or Punch.....they don't have what it takes to investigate anything. 1 Like |

if u could find out u would know its only the greedy Igbo's would do this, before it was cosmetics and now food, this is why I hate igbos, when a quality goods gets into the market today, just about few time u would always find the fake ones out,u would need to face a tough task to find the original, later someone would start praising them as a good business entrepreneur, these people don't care about human lives when money is involved, they re the most devilish tribe Nigeria ever had. I hates them with passion except for the God fearing ones among them |
