Wike directs payment of December salaries

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, has directed the Commissioner for Finance, Dr Fred Kpakol to ensure civil servants in the state receive their December salaries before Christmas.
The commissioner, who disclosed this in Port Harcourt, yesterday, said the state government has also paid pensioners.
Kpakol said the governor also directed the banks to ensure that civil servants get their salaries before the Christmas celebration.
“We have taken our vouchers to the banks and we have directed banks to ensure that salaries get to all the civil servants before Christmas.
“Governor Wike is interested in the welfare of civil servants and pensioners in the state, hence, the prompt payment.
“As commissioner of finance, I am happy we are up to date, in terms of salaries and pensions.”
Wike inherited four months’ salary arrears and eight months pension arrears from the immediate past administration.

My dear, the govt is oweing me 4 months and I will be the happiest person if all comes in now. But the only way not to be disappointed is not to fix n fux my mind there.
Which ever way, my DEC salary is my Jan budget, that's just the point I am making.

My brother,, my faith is mountain Everest.
But u did not get my point, okay let me put it this way the govt will pay me all my monies but the one that bears DEC is my January budget.

zenith bank paid since 10am this morning

Alert received, zenith bank, phalga, ppsb. 4k was deducted from my December salary.

Make them pay our arrears o ! Hmmmmmmm!

FCMB alert received one month. No deduction

It is serious that 4k is being deducted from our salary for d month of Nov.n Dec. What is really happening WIKE?
