Good to know as if we didn't know before but what about states that had declared 3weeks holiday before now, will the FG holiday break added or subtracted from the already declared state government holiday?

Abacha stopped this practice of declaring the next working day as work-free if a public holiday falls on Saturday or Sunday.

U mean celebration? Cos public holidays don't fall on weekends but celebrations do.
