Dude, these few lines are nothing to convince any serious minded person to take you seriously. If you must, lay bar the details of your issue here and let's understand you better, else you really do have nothing to say.

I'll rather take a risk with a Tecno product, despite the bad rep of being called "Chinko" I always see people with very old and heavily used Tecno phones all the time.

Maybe it's because Tecno has more years of experience than Gionee.

But both are trying tho.

1) They tell u ur phone support OTG yet the phone came without the cable
2) There's a memory card slot but no memory card came with it
3) A phone that doesn't have gorilla glass, should come with an extra glass protector
4) Some phone don't come with pouches nor screen protector
5) You might not get software updates after u purchase the phone

how much where u Paid to write this. My Gionee M5 comes with an OTG cable and it charge other phones.

all these tekno sales agents.. you guys don't get tired..

Person say him fone die, una no even assist am, na soso hailing of other gionee phones una dey do. Nawa o. OP, If you no fit resurrect your phone just go buy better one o. Tecno dey do price slash on some products and you go even win gifts sef. Go buy better phone

Nigerians are the problem of this country especially the youth, no wonder the old ones don't want to give the youth chance to rule cos they have seen and understand that the so called youth don't even know what they are doing.

Thank I would appreciate it. The phone started developing the problem for some time but it wasn't serious. I use two batteries due to poor power supply so I do change them when one is low. Whenever I change the battery and power the phone it won't switch on immediately until two or three attempts. But as time goes on it began to get serious up to the extent that it no longer switch on. Sometimes if it does it would go off immediately until I keep trying. It just frustrating. I have never experienced this since I started using phone. The most painful aspect of it is that the phone is just 12 months old.

Since yesterday the phone hasn't off but I am just being careful to ensure it doesn't goes off again until I am able to get access to their customer service.

I use the same phone and it's over a year, the phone is good, no issues, battery Is superb. I can watch six hours of movies and my battery wouldn't be lesser than 50%. Havent repaired anything on the phone.What are u talking about?

And where did you get the second battery from?
You swap battery probably everyday for months, that's over 100 swaps (what if you damaged the battery contact point?) or damaged some power IC? Will you blame the manufacturers for that too?
