i just watched a ISIS video of the captured tanks,they look intact and seems those manning them just fled.my theory is ISIS used to their advantage the poor weather to attack this Turkish troops,considering they couldn't get air support

The Syrian war is hardly unconventional, there are frontlines, there are areas of control. Its a fight for territory against the FSA and a war of attrition against ISIS.
