I think the English language a tool of expression not a measure on intellect.

Also keep your Kenyan disrespect for women out of this forum. No need to call a woman a b#tch cos she's beating you at argument.

When you can't express yourself in a language that's the main language of instruction in all your academic institutions and your national language then that's stupidity.

Is this truly NairobiWalker?

You're like an ugly woman - she complains that you don't compliment her yet when you do she thinks you're lying to her.

Some citizens use solar, few towns have alternative hydro power station (usually small) and many others use generators. Don't be surprised if I still tell you some small town Still get electricity 24/7.

In some states, we have some local companies that own dams. They generate electricity from them 24/7 and supply small towns when national grid fails in their area. They don't have generators in areas where this service is available. Plateau state is an example and iansweet can testify because she Stays in Jos, Plateau state capital.

When we talk of power we are referring to national grid. If we are to add up other sources of power to it am sure Kenya wont even come close even though you were never close.

Nigeria generates 5000mw of electricity, and next year it's expected to hit 7000mw when the first phase of the transmission line upgrade is completed. The transmission capacity is currently being upgraded to 10,000mw and it expected to be completed by end of 2019.

No it's not! Some people are just not good at learning languages especially when it's foreign to them. Most countries excel in education because their students learn in their home languages, it's in Africa where you speak your trad language at home and in school they teach you in a foreign language, this is one of the reasons Africa lags behind in education.

Also I have met a lot of highly technically capable guys who cannot construct a simple sentence in English. Dude can build you a car but doesn't speak English, does that make him any less intelligent? No.

Right there is the colonial mentality you Kenyans carry around.

You don't meet the demands of the population unlike Kenya so in essence we produce more.

If you can't construct a simple sentence in 2016 you are useless. Don't confuse standards with a colonial mentality.

In Nigeria you don't have to be connected to national grid before you have electricity. It's a choice. I know of some houses that were never connected to NEPA but still have electricity to power all their appliances.

You will never find good images of any Nigerian town/city on Google. Am sure you've never seen most of the pics we posted here too. I've stayed in rayfield, Jos and I know the place is really cool.

Wait ooh guy...did the Japanese learn English before they industrialized? Is English the language of education for the Chinese? Do you even hear your own colonial mentality farting all over this thread
