I only mentioned a few and I never broke down the sectors like food processing and food preservation. For example how many rice or wheat processing plant do you have in kenya? And what is their capacity?

All the major languages are studied up to university level here in naija too.the first newspaper in nigeria was a yoruba language paper(1850s).our music is majorly in our local languages and are doing well beyond our borders.i learnt igbo in secondary school though i am yoruba.
