Brother you can apply for critical skills work permit. IT is also under critical skills in South Africa. Critical skills work permit can lead to permanent residence permit. You have a brighter future. Please don't come to South Africa with 3 month visiting Visa.

Hello bro...please how can I go about the Critical Skills Permit?..

Gud evenings good people. Just came across this wonderful thread when I needed it.
I'm on the verge of applying for Study permit. I want to know if Tax clearance is needed to be attached by my sponsor after attaching sponsorship letter, Idcard and 6month statement of account?
the Statement has a good cash flow but how much are they expecting to be in the balance when I submit?
Thanks

I got my Critical Skills (Work) Visa within 7 days last week in Lagos after being denied twice in SA on funny reason.

They rejected my first application in June, 2016 because of ECSA while I attached a letter from ECSA because my Certificate was not ready.

I applied again in September, 2016 now my ECSA certificate was attached. Those guys still denied me. The reason was that I did not supply a proof that I studied in my school in 2015 and 2016. Despite the fact that I know that Appeal take minimum eight month, I appealed that unthinkable reason. In the process I missed two sure job, I was offered Junior Lecturer position in my Department but I couldn't take because HR asked to produce my Work Permit.

December 8, 2016 I flew into Nigeria, did Nigeria Police Character Clearance. Submitted at VFS and within 7 days my visa landed. Those guys are making money off us. Each application cost R3,850 and Appeal cost R1,350. Nah hin I do for N59,000 including Courier in Lagos.

I hope to get my SA ID before this time in 2017 by God's grace. Anyone can do it also.

You have to get your transcript from your school for Saqa evaluation then you have to register in a professional body associate with computer science as IT expert

Bros I told you before please don't come to SA in order to leave Nigeria. That your friend is your enemy. It is not a good friend at all. He just want to take money from you. South Africa is not giving Asylum to Nigerians. If you came to SA because you want to go out of the country you will regret your actions. SA is not the best country for hustlers from Nigerian now.

My tourist/business visa application was rejected last week at Abuja embassy due to 'insufficient fund. I want to know whether I can reapply early January of next year or if there's any specific duration of time to wait b4 another application. Thanks.

That is an extremely insufficient fund. Remember with the new exchange rate that's less than 10000rands. So make your balance like at least 700k
Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by jj17cv(m): 4:19pm On Dec 25, 2016
Yes you are right my close balance is 1.1M and I got my visa the exchange rate is high

Don't waste money applying again with 250k it is indeed insufficient .Until your bank account is better or if you have a family member with a good account ,can write a letter of sponsorship stating why he want to sponsor you for the trip.

Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by comfortchemical: 5:50am On Dec 26, 2016
