I even had a false labor on Thursday. ....spent 24hrs in the hospital cos of constant 10mins contractions that lasted for about 5hours. ...tot it was the real deal

i had similar experience too. After all the cooking yestday, went 2 hv a bath n woosh, i felt water come outa my kiki, i tot i was dreaming den woosh again not much sha just trickles, hia! See me begging God 4 baby 2 wait, cos will my hospital evn be serious wit me on Christmas day? I doubt o... Naija. It will surely end in praise my sister.

Though what helped me when I experienced this is I assume the doggy position, but with pillows supporting my bump and I stay that way till I feel better or I just endure (I've attached a photo)

You can google exercises to relieve back pain in pregnancy

Get yourself to the hospital if its that bad please! Such ache is usually experienced in late pregnancy. A couple of things could be responsible a doctor will access and diagnose better.

You can try supporting yourself with plenty pillows, having a warm bath may help too, sit straight and don't slouch sorry for the discomfort.

D only way mine reduces is when I sleep very well...like having a lot of rest...u nid to rest often...use pillows around u...kpele

I Felt I should share this here, since is all ladies and expectant mothers corner,
I HAD a dream last night, and was very excited when I woke up at 4am this morning, it was a dream with the ANGELS, heavenly beings. I was in the dream and saw my saw myself in a large room at the end of the room I saw an altar and what looked like a white high table all covered in white with two Angels who had golden colour appearance bowing down at the both sides of the table, as I watched another Angel appeared before me with a set of twins, he walked up to where I saw standing, perceiving the thoughts in my heart as I was about to ask him who are the owner of the babies, he said to me that his work is to give out babies to every women on earth that asks for it, I was so happy and enveloped with love as I pondered on his words, he threw something that looks like an egg to me. I caught it in excitement.
The next thing I heard was the cry of my pregnant wife as she struggled to battle the muscle cramps that held her on her left leg preventing her to stand up from d bed due to the weight of our first baby becos it also took us almost a year after our traditional marriage to have a baby after much prayers and FAITH she's now pregnant.
Funny enough today is BOXING DAY too, I told her d dream I had and decided not to keep d dream to myself but to share it to every woman who has been believing God for the gift of the fruit of the womb, RECEIVE IT TODAY THE BOXING DAY, I PRAY FOR U THAT THE SAME ANGEL will KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR STEP and put smile on your face this season.
RECEIVE IT.

A family friend of ours had similar issues and she was 34weeks. She went to her doctor and she was given antibiotics

Pls o make una no vex. So this morning, I went to the loo, and my poop was as black as charcoal!!!
I neveer thot anything of it but I asked Google and all I'm seeing is if you're on iron tabs then it's normal. But I'm not on any medication right now and thru out yesterday all I had was fried chicken and one can of malt. 

Pls shld I be worried?

it's possible u still hv some of the iron tabs in ur system. when did u stop? but then it shouldn't be as black as u described. watch ur next poo. if it's same, pls see ur doc. but pls don't get agitated. worry never does any good
