You are not actually accepted into medical school to study medicine (that is reserved for regular doctors or MDs)... - you do not specialize in medical school, you do that during your residency. What you got was acceptance to study as a physicians assistant.

well its not certain but if you get a good score and apply to the right school with prayer, you will get some kind of funding to at least offset the crazy fee you will have to pay. GRE is not hard as people think, all you need is the right material and dedicate time.

I would be specializing in Surgery (Cardiothoracic).

All I said was I got into a program to study medicine as a PA. A PA is trained on medical model and works in collaboration in a healthcare team. It seems like you know very little about PA, a PA is a certified medical practitioner who practices medicine either in collaboration with a Physician or independently where/when there is no Physician. The crossed out statement is like that from an illiterate. Did I step on your damn nerve by saying I'm studying medicine as a PA?

If I said I would specialize in surgery, can't you think rationally that I was referring to my long term goal after graduating from the initial PA school?

Yes. People who think "negative" about other people are not happy themselves. If he cannot comprehend that, then it means there's a problem.

Hmmm...this is bad for a graduate though...there is no harm in completing your words ma'am....it's affecting you unknowingly to you ...You could have typed 'now' which is three letters word but you typed "nao" unknowingly due to abbreviations. ..I don't mean to degrade or insult you....just pointing out the obvious. ...and am sorry if you're annoyed by this...God bless you ma'am.

It is not the name but the course content that matters. For me, Geology and Minning under Science Lab Technology carries more weight looking at the application of tech to Geology. I might be wrong.
