I am not a rating agency or a broker nor an investment house/analyst,I can't place any rating on them but at the current price I can't buy STANBIC.

You are an institutional trader, remember.
Your rating or recommendation carries great weight. grin

My ogas, I greet. Please I need your opinion. If shares were bought through ipo and without any stock broker. Now I wanna get all dividends and subsequently have dividends paid into the account. do I or must I register with a stockbroker first or I can just fill e-dividend forms.

Have you received dividend warrant and bonus certificates posted to your address before? If so you may just fill the eDividend forms. If not you may have to see the registrars to sort out issues. Brokers get involved only if you want buy more shares or sell some of the ones you have.

U TOLD US to expect buy 1 get 3 free frm last tues to friday 23rd it did not HAPPEN,you are bringing up another spec!

By this time last year when USD was trading circa N250 I made it CLEAR that FOREX trading will be the ONLY profitable business in Nigeria for 2016 and what happened

Well don't worry by this time next year you will know that 2008 Global Meltdown is a childsplay compare to what we are going to WITNESS next year.
