You're wrong o, there can't be batch A17 when stream 2 of A16 are still serving and i guess their pop should be May since they entered camp June. A17 is from June o.

I think its best we all wait for stream ii to come out of camp....I tink by den NYSC officials would be preparing for 2017 batch A nd we would get a concrete result rather than all these speculations...we all should use this time nd get acquainted...imo tho
