Well its not possible for any staff to delete a transaction, it could however be marked as cancelled or completed. If you can fetch the transaction id, I will be happy to assist you further. Thank u.

I have been writing on whatsapp and chats got delivered. Did you even read talk more of reply? Nairaex indicated trading was suspended until 27th and I wasn't ready to wait that long that's why I contacted you people and you led me on. It's 28th now and still no money. This is wickedness at its peak.

I just logged in now to see status of my transaction has changed to cancelled. Why? What's happening? You didn't pay money or refund bitcoin and yet you cancelled transaction. Why are you people behaving like this for God's sake?

I have checked with my bank. no fund was paid into my account, no pending payment reflecting in my account.

I think you should check your books for reversal. I am spending to much of my time trying to get my payment from you. It is too much of my time. This is the first I will be hearing someone send cash to me and never reflected. What bank is the cash coming from, what is transaction ID, can you send in a snapshot of the successful transaction?

If I don't get a positive response before noon today, I will leave the cash for you and come back later for you.

Be informed that BTC transaction can only be cancelled if 1. U sent funds to a wrong wallet other than the one specified on the website 2. The BTC address from where we received money is different from the one you specified on the website - it simply means you were not the one that sent the money cos u ought to know the exact btc address u are sending from or 3. Order was placed without completing your profile info.
Fetch me the exact transaction id, will assist u further. Tnx

1. Looks like u entered your neteller account id 4525******39 instead of your neteller email address.
2. Please note your neteller email address is your neteller ewallet account no not your id,
I guess transaction was cancelled because we were unable to trace your payment using your account id.


To resolve this;
Login to your truexgold's account,
Click on "My Ewallets" and edit your neteller ewallet account there, change 4525******39 to your neteller email address instead.

Call our attention on whatsapp once done.
