plz oooh aliexpress just cancelled my order telling me to appeal....has anybody experience such on aliexpress......and was the way forward..... and i have been debited already......

if you were told told to open a dispute, go ahead and do so. they will either return the cash to your account or credit your ali express wallet so you can make the order again. what reason did the seller give for the cancellation.

after ordering i got debited and they told me after verification they commence distribution.....so suddenly this morning i was mailed that my order was cancelled that they couldnt verify my order.....that i should make and appeal i ave don that....

All you have to do is upload a scan image of your debit card and the statement of your account. Though, with or without this your money will still be refunded back between 3-15 business days....am guessing u used Gtb mastercard?

access doesn't use master card for international transaction only visa card
