Just finished secondary school then. Awaiting admission. I was taking my sick mom to the hospital when the news broke out. My mom stopped her trip to the hospital. She said she was fine and she should be taken back home.

Abacha was the first person I would see people rejoicing, dancing, upon hearing about his demise. June 8th, 1998, was a day I can never forget, because.... 1. Its my birthday. 2. It marked the end of a tyrant.

To see more of this like death of head of state or military taken over??
In this country we are all like the MMM situation. When we see that some people are doing well in a thing we always wish at the corner of our heart that that thing stop progressing. When evil people thought in their foolish thinking that mmm crashed.. They were jubilating, thanking God, spreading the rumor more than the media and even calling people to take heart as if they care.
Why do we always wish our fellow bad??
I meant more of such old headlines

One thing i learnt about the senior citizens is that, they are very ambitious
My father build his first house at the age of 19years
Most of our past leaders during the first and second republic are under the age of 40years
I wonder what is wrong with youth of this days
We spend too much time on internet and in bed
I must rule before i 50,either you guys like it or hate it

What does this post exactly set out to achieve, wishing President Buhari death or what?
What is the meaning of 'will you like to see more of this?'
Note: Be careful what you wish others cause you might just be the recipient!

What about the 7 majors? Nnamdi left the country for 'medical check up " few days before the 7 majors started their so called revolution...i rather call it selective murder of leaders. I want someone on here to convince me that he was not aware of their intention to kill people, including our beloved Ahmadu Bello.

I remember that day in the hostel at Transit Camp, UNN. There was great rejoicing, people were hitting drums, boys were drinking up-school, me I was tuning the Radio for Radio Biafra for more information.

The rejoicing went on for days but was drowned by Abiola's death. Everybody thought Abiola would automatically take over.
