Hello fellas...what is ur opinion on sa Asylum?..My friend over dere says he cant afford work permit now dat he would go for d Asylum and he can use d docs to get a regular job...I need ur opinions pls..Thx

Hello sir, let me first educate you on the meaning of asylum, it is a legal status granted to a refugee to stay in a country which he or she is not a citizen of. A refugee is a person whose life is under threat in his home country.
So my question is, is your life under threat in Nigeria? 2 are you ready to be regarded as a refugee, a degrading term just because you want to leave Naija.
I wonder why you will want this for yourself?

Embassy in Nigeria you pay naira for your application fees. You don't need to pay any tuition fees while you are still in Nigeria

Take for example u arrive SA with money in ur account back in Nigeria and needed to pay up to R100,000 as tuition. How would you go about it if u don't want to get it through black market?

Activate your online banking .You can transfer naira to someone account here and get rand in exchange . 2. Open stanbic account and inform them you are going SA 3. or open access bank account and get master card .Some people on this forum use this method. You can swipe your card here but I doubt if you can withdraw via ATM .
Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by royalkonsults(m): 9:22pm On Dec 27, 2016

Its like you don't know the new rules of CBN, for Access Bank no withdrawals can be made abroad on your master card but you can swipe a max of $200 a month, gtb $100. Govt has tighten up on forex. The best you can do is get a dom account, pay in USD and use the card abroad, but you will source for your uSD at the black market, but swiping unlimitedly on your naira master/visa card is no more

You need a radiological report if that is what you meant by X-ray. You need both medical report and radiological report.

I don't think the second options still works. I have an account with Stanbic and the Mastercard is plain useless!

Pls I need help on momentum medical, I couldn't make online payment, my master card is not authorised to make payment. I have been to the bank to apply for OTP, but can't still work.
2. Using booking.com,etc is stated as not acceptable on requirements for study permit on vfs website, how can I get proof of accommodation?
3. Which airline is cheap that I can book online for flight plan?
Pls add your opinions!

You should try using a dollar card for Momentum payment, then for accommodation, you should ask the School to refer you to their Agent if on campus Accomodation are out or not ready, that way once their Agent gets you an Accomodation, they will be able to have records and give you accommodations later, for Airline book South African airways and hold payment, goodluck

Gud evenings good people. Just came across this wonderful thread when I needed it.
I'm on the verge of applying for Study permit. I want to know if Tax clearance is needed to be attached by my sponsor after attaching sponsorship letter, Idcard and 6month statement of account?
the Statement has a good cash flow but how much are they expecting to be in the balance when I submit?
Thanks

They don't need Tax Clearance, although it might be a plus to your Application

Morning brother, please don't come to SA with visiting/tourist visa because you will regret and blame yourself. Critical skills work permit is for people that have first degree or equivalent with work experience in engineering, science, medical IT expert and other. It depends on how you package your application. Thanks

Hey Bro , morning yes invitation letter can expire it depends on content of the letter, because the person that give you the letter can change his/her job, and may he/she can get new accommodation within 3-6months. try to get new invitation. Thanks
