Stop misleading people. Where did you read that google doesn't accept blogger template.

1. Your time ! Most people feel blogging is a job that comes with relaxation...I'm sorry if you want to make anything out of blogging..It will require a whole lots of dedication and time.Atleast 12hours daily...You need to get ready to work hard.

2. Your Resources - MONEY
You need to host your blog either for free(blogger-limited features) or paid(wordpress-unlimited tweaking,automation and design).Then some funds for a domain name...When you blog is set up , you need to allocate cash for marketing and ads on fb to drive people to see your posts. Leaving that out of your blogging career means you'll be waiting for a very long time (Like 1 year) before your making anything at all. A blog without traffic is useless and time wasting.Even if your blog is monetized(has Adsense).
Forget it the era of starting and running a blog with 0naira 0kobo is gone.Tht was 7 years ago...Now you have to compete with some crazy a s s geeks.

3. Your Patience - You'll need that a lot
If not ...you'll probably get frustrated and quit.....but remember the top bloggers we have today started with 0 traffic and trickles in tens ,hundreds thousands and then millions.

Cost of internet connection --- i spend up to 10k on intenet Monthly,some spend up to 20k monthly

Hosting/domain name , my Hosting cost 15-20$ monthly ,could be less or more depends ,my domain is free from same host

there are no short cuts to running a successful blog. If you pay #5,000 for a phone, dont expect to get an iPhone 7. I can design and give you key tips and secrets on how to run a (successful) blog. Get in touch with me 08142174878 (whatsapp only).

Now, to the topic, whereas majority of the things needed on your blog is free, but here are somethings neccessarily needed that will unavoidably cost you:

- a domain name
- a GOOD and RELIABLE webhosting with a reasonable enough bandwidth
- a unique and user friendly web design
- at least 2 writers
- a customised email address
- social media adverts to build your fanpage (optional but recommended)
- A camera (optional)

mind you, you can always start small and expand later, but if you put these things in place, you are good to go and compete with known blogs in the country.
