Martial was in form today and long may it continue. I think going forward we should play Mikki and Martial wide with Carrick, Pogba and Herrera in midfield BUT when Carrick is missing it is either 1) we replace him with Schweinsteiger or 2) Move Mikki centrally and bring on Mata/Lingard/Rashford to man the RW.
MAIN THING IS THAT FELLAINI SHOULD BE FAR FROM THE 1ST TEAM THE SAME WAY MEMPHIS AND ASHLEY YOUNG ARE.

Mou just like making things harder for himself.. Jones and Rojo partnership has been rock solid so far, let them continue to hold that position on lockdown... He should have started with Mata instead of Fellaini since Boro are not going to be playing long balls every now and then, we have enough height in the team already and we can make do without Fellaini..
Lastly, what's up with always trying to cross the ball every damn time. Why not play through the middle. We made these match difficult for ourselves.

I think cos of our next away game against Westham.

Bailey and Rojo look like our best CB passers after Blind. Looks like Smalling will hardly get games. He made little error in the goal we conceded.

All players fit Bailly and Jones are better than Smalling. He has 2 things going for him, his height and the fact that he is not injury prone. In almost every other aspect i rate those 2 ahead of him

I remember when i said Bailly was a better passer than Smalling some peeps here doubted. Smalling is an old school defender, he is not a modern day footballer....he has some quality without the ball and practically none with it.

If anybody Is making way for lindellof or another incoming CB, it has to be Smalling. He was atrocious in his last start against Chelsea and almost caused us to lose our first game since that Chelsea debacle.
He's conveniently located in Worst CB we have atm
