Why do we soil our names in SA? And why do SA police kill foreigners?
Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by Nobody: 3:52pm On Dec 31, 2016
We can't talk about Nigerians doing drugs in SA or any Asian countries without being Tribalistic. We all know if we had being seperated distinctively as separate Country we wouldn't have had this problem. NO thanks to the whites putting over 360 tribes together.

I think SA should just put up Straight Death laws for drug peddlers like them Asia and middleeast, so they can be justified with all this cold harsh killings.

But killing against the rule of law is wrong, do we even have any say about this when our fellow brother steals common bread in market and got burnt down by his fellow tribe and we're still blinded by tribalism to support corrupts Polithiefcians?

We can't talk about SA police killing foreigners when over 50% of the foreigners they kill are Nigerians, there must be something wrong somewhere. We have to anaylse our problems first.

You can not convert a visitor's visa to any other visa in SA, never! You would be required to go back to Nigeria first. Even if you have a million dollars.

Happy new year to you too femiaction, the problem is i have already submitted my passport to the SA embassy for visit visa through an agent before discovering this thread if not i would have applied for student visa, so is there no possibility of me applying for even a short term resident permit within the 30 days i will be permitted to stay.

Hi Mokane28, the immigration officer at the airport will give you numbers of days you booked for your hotel reservation. You can not change your visiting visa here in SA.

You first need to certify your academic transcript, certificate and international passport at a notary office or any high court. Then you have to do your certificate evaluation through SAQA. Then you can apply to any university with your saqa certificate and your academic transcripts coupled your certificates. I think some universities didn't emphasize on saqa.

Hello macafeez, please please clarify your questions very well. Where did studied your undergraduate I mean the country? Was it SA or was it online? If you have foreign qualifications you need to do Saqa ie qualification evaluation before you can apply for your master

Hello House, I apply to a culinary school in Paarl and I have already paid full fees for my first year. The school sent a document to apply for visa which states that I should apply for a visitors Visa with authorization to study because it is not yet a learning institution under DETH but I want to the embassy and the visa Officer told me to apply for a study permit.
2. Is it compulsory I submit proof of accommodation and flight.

Hello judithomo please I don't understand this statement visitors Visa with authorization to study I will advice you to apply for study permit not visitors visa that will allow you to study. All foreign students above Six years old need valid study permit to study in SA. Please ask your school to provide you admission letter in order for to study not visitor visa authorise to study. I Yes you need proof of accommodation and flights reservation. Thanks

Hello onyeara, your have 100% chance get get critical skills work permit. You have to evaluate your qualifications through Saqa and you need to register with engineering council of South Africa. But brother everything is depend on God and you need to pray very well. If you need any assistance or help please ask. Thanks
Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by femdot(m): 2:06pm On Jan 02, 2017
From my experience, UKZN and UNIZULU has a method of evaluating ones academic transcript themselves but in all fairness, I know SAQA certificate is one of the major perquisite to be used to grant your study permit by RSA embassy
