I have cooled down to follow up this case. And here is my opinion.

Oxam has no proof that his bank act which he gave to tooltip and others was closed cos of d funds of tooltip. Only the authorities can handle cases like this.

Secondly Elot was fully in support taking laws into his hands by asking oxam never to pay tooltip.

My Verdict is Oxam and Elot have questionable character and do not I repeat do not deal with them without escrow.

Elot has not offended me. I sent first to him, and he delivered in minutes. But for him to side Oxam to hold back tooltip funds with the proof and chats which both parties has shown which shows that Oxam is fully at fault Elot should be deserted.

Listen: Avoid Elot and Oxam like a Plague.
