I have been using my mtn line since 2008, earlier dis month about 10th - 12th i was promted to re-register my no. as d details were sketchy, later on i was barred from making/receiving calls&texts & even browsing
now d issue is that i had an active subscription (2k for 3.5gb)b4 i was barred.
i registered d line again on d 19th of dis mnth & i was sent d confirmation txt, after dat i made calls +received text, i later on switched on my data & to my utter dismay i received a txt saying i had exhausted my bundle (which is not possible coz i just subscribed 2 days b4 d barr on my line)
i have called customer care, only to be kept on hold, i tweeted n dm'd @MTN180 no reply, i ws snubbed
