For TOEFL, all you need are the speaking noteful videos, the ets toefl guide is enough to ace the exam for other sections. Just download the Toefl ETS Guide from there website and the simulation test.

He/she would have to walk to a western union outlets to help you make the payment. Instructions on how to fill the form is on their website. Fmjfee type it on google

There is shortage of Nigerian passport booklet even outside Nigeria especially the 32page...i tire for this government so if u really need it u have to try different passport offices until u see
....someone recently posted that she was able to get in abuja passport office although she still had to go through somebody inside

When paper is available the big boss there make sure that they used if for the client first before general use..
