I'd suggest you simply check the requirements for the specific course you wish to apply for. You may be lucky. I saw, for instance, that you can apply for Chemical Engineering with that. All the information you require is on the SPGS website. Cheers!

It's possible. Registration normally last for 6 weeks. So, deadline will falls around mid February.

Were you able to generate your payment advise? Cos my cousin wasn't able to generate his because he hasn't made payment. Or is it that you'd ready made payment that's why you were able to generate it?
