That's not an official ROM, It's a vendor/Reseller/Fake ROM, Redmi 4/4a/Prime doesn't have an official global ROM as at today

For those that successfully flashed global rom on their fone... I think you guys should drop the step by step procedures in flashing the rom... The precaution needed during dis process and the files and device(pc) software needed...

there is no one way to flash all Xiaomi phones, it's dependent on several things like model, processor, bootloader locked or unlocked.
