1. Locate a nearest VISA/VPAY enabled ATM.
2. Insert your card and punch in your PIN.
3. Select the Change PIN option.
4. Select the Internet PIN (iPIN) change option.
5. Insert any four to six digits of your choice as your internet PIN (iPIN). ...
6. Re-enter the digits you entered in previous step (5) above.

I'm assuming it's a Visa card.

does your calculator have currency converter?
does your scanner app have language translator?
I could go on with a lot your global stable ROM doesn't have that its meant to have.

your ROM has code "CN" in MIUI version which should only be in a China stable/dev ROM
