The body would immediately initiate a full on attack on the foreign material. Inflammatory response would try to clear it out and if you aren’t careful you could go into shock and might even die from the complications. Humans can't have transfusions of animal blood, because our immune system will recognize it as foreign and mount an immune response. This type of systemic immune response will cause the body to go into shock and probably die. You can't even infuse human blood without testing compatability....so as for animal blood mind boggling article. |
