That's African leaders children for you, can you imagine Clinton's, son doing that?

Please check out my signature for quality and durable furniture

Clinton doesn't have a son nor did Clinton have sole access to the kind of revenue that this man and his father have.

Equatorial Guinea is more like a monarchy than a democracy (even though his father is a 'president' on paper). In that regard what is happening here is very similar to what happens in the Arabian peninsular.

The difference is that these countries have good roads, power, social security and securities while E.G does not have all that.

Africa will never attain the height of development if Africans are only concerned about themselves and their family... Take a look at that sarrki guy who has been in support of buhari's animalistic management of Nigerians.. Its obvious he is being paid to support every daft decision and policies of the buhari's led administration even if its obviously detrimental to Nigerians...

Two things I'd say for now. One, the English royal family would be careful of their actions because they know the English people can wake up tomorrow and say away with them if they become fed up. You can't say that about Eq. Guinea. Two, the English people have a better life by far than most Guineans so there is no much disparity between the government and the governed.

Admin should change the title of the thread to: Equatorial Guinea's President's son on Trial in Paris for misappropriating public money.
And the thread should be moved to 'Corruption'.
We don't celebrate thieves nor their ill-gotten wealth.

The difference is that the British monarchy don't have any power. All the power rests mostly with parliament and there judiciary

You're calling for the boy's head. And yet, many of you will do far worse if parchance your were raised in such affluence. Let put aside hypocrisy, we are all the same vicious circle.
Perhaps it's true that Africa is under a spell:Those who rule will rule in affluence. And those subservient to the rule—the masses, will wallow in poverty and squalor.
