He wanted to put money in the pockets of Nigerians to stimulate an economy in recession by creating purchasing power of young Nigerians to engage in effective demand. Little did he know that he was already campaigning for a second term. All N-power and 5000 stipend youths will die to see buhari remain in power for the 5k to continue until they get jobs. Buhari gave states money and mandated them to pay workers salaries by fire by force. Workers may join you in criticising Buhari but when they are alone by themselves, they say this words " bros e better to get person wey go pay you your salary o!" Buhari has empowered farmers and have created a market for them. Tell the Aba man making shoes for the military or Innoson motors or Choscharis farms that Buhari will not continue and see the hostility you will get. This administration is damn too smart and effective. They know their environment and citizen. I forgot to mention Peace Corp and the 500,000 teachers.
