i still await to hear the testimony of those who applied for TRV with Human Resources Management program PGD(C) for winter 2017. those who doubted my possibility of such approval when there is NEVER convincing relationship,no matter if you write 10 pages of SOP to prove point should come out of their silent mode to prove me wrong. |

seyo99:I don't think so. It's supposed to be showing with or without medical call. Maybe your file is being processed. Plus I hear all online applications are processed any where in the world. I don't know how true that is. |

Good morning Gurus Why are most people applying for program like pdg, Pgc diploma instead of going for Msc directly and like i can see most people here are applying to Colleges instead of University... Why? Is there any reason for that or maybe i am missing an information or it is just base on personal discretion.....? I need some explanation please?? |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 11 by princeadedayo: 10:33am On Jan 07, 2017 |
chigrad: 1. You could do either an upfront medicals or you wait apply you apply to be called for medicals. It is as u wish and depends on you. No diffence really except that if you do upfront medicals you could easily note that you have passed or failed it. It doesn't mean the visa would come out early. It's just God. Upfront medicals if passed would put u in a position that oh the next mail I might be getting might be passport request if favourable 2. It's not compulsory you submit your passport. You could tell them at the VAC centre that u would be needing it soon( if paper application) or if its online you would definitely not be submittting it now. Best Regards |

abdullahi45: Please try to read the beginning/intro or browse through the whole tread. That would give u more insight on why some chose PGD some masters Best regards |

princeadedayo: Is there any way one can know where its being processed while the application is still within processing time. I also think that's y it takes time to process Nigeria applicants who go through online route because of the difficulty in docs verification My opinion though |

@folaroyal good morning pls I sent you a mail, have you seen it? I got a refusal mail last night reasons are 1. insufficient have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada,to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue 2. You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this decision,I considered several factors, including. 3. purpose of visit. How do I tackle all this pls, I need all the advise I can get. |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 11 by princeadedayo: 11:09am On Jan 07, 2017 |
toluene1234: If you apply online you might know but I think that's when they send your messages or updates to your application. Then you would see the processing office. I don't think so I have seen someone whose trv got approved like a day before in France and his passport was ready for collection the next day. I think they use a very fast service in transporting their documents. It's just God that decides how fast it comes out |

olatuns2016: Sorry for you delay broad. Please don't waste your time and mony to reapply with the course again . I also studied Economics and I can't see any relationship between Economics & Supply Chain Mgmt, unfortunately your agent won't know or tell you. Also, the last life saver that you could have used for your app was your JOB EXPERIENCE in a Supply Chain related coy which unfortunately I can't see any where you submitted anything with respect to your employment based on your profile above. My advice for you is to calm down and get a course that is related to Economics and your job experience. Your age to a great extent wasn't the problem so far you can explain in terms of documentary evidence what you ve been doing since graduation. Regards 3 Likes |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 11 by Austinpee4: 12:58pm On Jan 07, 2017 |
princeadedayo:You are correct. Online application can be proceesed anywhere but then, when it is approved, your passport upon request will be sent to the nearest canadian embassy and not necessarily the office that reviewed and approved your application. This is just to make it faster to get your trv stamped and enable you travel. The approved study permit will be issued when you arrive the airport in canada. |

Hello house, my application has been refused! The reasons for refusal are asterisked below I want to reapply and advises will be welcomed I have also differed my admission till September Subsection 11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) provides that any person wishing to become a temporary resident of Canada must satisfy an officer that he or she is not inadmissible to Canada and that she or he meets the requirements of the Act. Following an examination of your application, I am not satisfied that your application meets the requirements of the Act and the Regulations for the reasons explained below. Please note that only the grounds that are checked off apply to the the refusal of your application. Pursuant to Section 219 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulation, I am not satisfied that you: have submitted written documentation from the educational institution at which you intend to study that states that you have been accepted to study there have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to maintain yourself and any family members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the costs of transporting yourself and any family members who are accompanying you to and from Canada. You have not submitted a Certificat d’acceptation du Québec (CAQ). *You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including: *travel history immigration status in country of residence family ties in Canada and in country of residence length of proposed stay in Canada *purpose of visit employment prospects in country of residence current employment situation personal assets and financial status. your history of having contravened the conditions of admission on a previous stay in Canada You have submitted documentation which lacks authenticity as part of your application. This has diminished the overall credibility of your submission. I was therefore not satisfied that you are not inadmissible to Canada and that you meet the requirements of the Act and Regulations. Specifically, I was not satisfied that the following documentation is authentic: You have not complied with our request for information, as per section 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. To date, you have failed to comply with our request for: Completion of a medical examination An interview The following documents: TemitopeJ16: |

perrychemical:You seem to have a good advantage and a strong chance of getting a study permit approval with all you outlined here. However, You must first secure admission for your intended program. Good a thing you are already thinking ahead. 1.Including your previous Msc in your application can be to ur advantage or not. If you eventually gain admission into the same chemical engineering for the second master, conviencing the VO maybe difficult becos you have one already in that area and have mentioned it. If you choose to go for a branch in your field or a closely related area in your field which i can see you are opting for, this could fly as you can explain in your SOP your interest in that area and it's significance to you moving forward but this will always be substantiated with previous activity (s) in that area.(Work experience, research). 2. You know what you've been engaging yourself with since you left the job in 2014, You can relate it to your profession or better still, research interest. If you choose not to include your previous msc in your application, all the gaps prior now must be explained and tend towards a need to upgrade academically. 3.Your schoolarship apparently covers pretty much everything and i want to believe it's for the entire duration of your program. But the inconsistencies surrounding remitting of funds for nigerian students on schoolarships have been often seen and i also believe the VO are aware of this, if you can have the agency pay your tuition, accomodation before you apply for your study permit, it should boost your chances. All the best to you. 3 Likes 1 Share |
