ok then. When I was in highschool, we read several books from Nigerian authors not least Things Fall Apart and The Concubine by the late greats Chinua Achebe and Elechi Amadi respectively. I still have both books with me. Both mention the Osu or outcast phenomenon.
Luos of Kenya have several names that are eerily also igbo names. To wit : Okoro, Agumbah, Okech(a), Oguta that come immediately to mind.
Kikuyus of Kenya also have the name Ngige, as do igbos.
An honest response devoid of hyperbole is much appreciated.
