Look at u, if the sellers are not available, will the buyers buy? The sellers are the ones needs to be stopped. To stop Boko haram, u must block all access through they buy guns and bullets from the sellers, if u take out Boko haram gun and bomb sellers, their activities will be reduced significantly.
