Happy Sunday to everyone oo....hmmmm not been easy plz wanted to ask if anyone reacted to the malaria drugs administered during preg, I was given fansidar on Friday...after taking it and eating sef, I started feeling d effect...made me start having nausea, my tummy was just turning, I started feeling d urge to vomit...b4 I knew it I was throwing up, very uncontrollably, it even affected my eyes, bcs of d force,I had blood clothing in my eyes DAT have not cleared, don't knw if its 3rd trimester symptoms or d malaria drugs.very terrible sumfin. undecided embarassed

Sorry u didnt get a reply 2 ur question at that time only by Dunni29 but I noticed u hardly even reply to ur roll calls either, its not fresh!. Thats not a reason 2 ignore a mama tho, but note that some dont hv answers or experience on wat u are going tru and sometimes some take out time 2 reply yet dias no acknowledgement of seeing the reply from the mama who asked, this is also not fresh! Lo kicks like kilode, I can even touch him b he runs off to another place again n my tummy moves,God is great.

Pls mama's o my incision site (4 appendicits) neva knew I was like 4wks gone during the surgery, now the site is peppering me, xpecially wen sometin touches it, pls wat can I do about it, it's 6mnt old.. no touch n go o, make una chuK mouth o..

Very terrible sumfin....dunno if I threw up d medicine sef..bcs I had brkfast arnd 8 and vomited by 12..and I took d med b4 brkfast...even after throwing up I was still feeling d effect of d drug.

Well, I think ur gynae is in d best position to administer the drug to u...and he also decides which malaria drug to give u...I didn't just take d fansidar...my gynae administered d drugs,tho he told me wen I started antenatal DAT he would give me malaria drug as my preg progresses, weda I have malaria or not...guess he decided it was time DAT am given...am 28weeks+2days...

@ nicoleswizzi, I always say I can't even ask my enemy to take fansidar , hmm dat sh-t show me shege about 13 yrs ago, naim I vow, never again. I already told them in ubth now o, they wrote it boldly in front of my case note, I Kent fit shout!
Since u threw up hours later, ur body already absorbed it, but tell ur doc so that next time he'll prescribe something else.

As in ehhh my eyes see sumfin...and d gal at d pharmacy was asking me if I react to it, told her I haven't taken it b4 oo..she was like do u react to septrin..I said no, she now said OK oo DAT its like septrin...I now SD OK o..assuming I knw say na like this would have told her to change it...yesterday was one of my worse days in this my preg, couldn't even eat after throwing up..chai.

Happy sunday everyone,
I'm not even sure of my due date again calculating with my lmp which is April 21st it gave me Jan 28th but my period is very irregular ( average cycle is 50days) while 1st scan gave me Feb 16th, 2nd scan Feb 6th. Experience mamas pls touch light my matter.
