Kenneth is not on the same level as Ake, where Ake has progressed he Omeruah has regressed. He does not merit the right back berth position for the Eagles.

As it concerns Nwakali not being able to get a loan move is worrying. I have never really seen him play but the rave reviews about him here are like he is the next Neymar.

At least he should be able to get a championship side to consider him as a player that can bring value to thier team.

The problem with Nwakali is that most clubs interested in him wants to buy him but City will only let him go on loan.

I think it is time City accepts that securing a work permit will prove difficult with continuous loan deals. It is time to let the young man go. Contact clubs that have shown interest, like Celtic and sell.

You really think a quality competitive club will buy a untested unproven player for good money.

Sometimes a club will collect a player on loan for next to nothing in real terms. So it gives the club great value for very little cost if indeed that player brings quality and value to the club.

I do not agree with the proposition you present. If in doubt they can take the player on loan with the option to buy.

There are it seems doubts about his quality and ability. Top quality players even at youth level will have several clubs queuing up to take them on loan. Consider Rueben Loftus-Cheek from Chelsea.

Remember Lukaku after his first loan spell with West Bromwich there was a crazy mad rush from numerous clubs to take him on loan. Everton got him and then bought him for £28 million a year later.

You like me repeating myself. I said because of the good reviews from Fabian's academy, the press reviews and the fact he was captain of both academies he played for, shows promise.

The journalist believes Fabian is a promising talent. When Nike scouted him, he was listed among the top five promising players of his generation. Also Leon Balogun believes he has something to offer the Super Eagles and convinced him to pledge his allegiance to us.

I wonder how every twenty year old Nigerian fits into this profile to you.
Please direct me to the link where Leon Balogoun said he's ready for the Super Eagles.
I know you can't, you obviously made that up.

A good news story, Cohen Bramhall a player who is playing non league at the age of twenty with zero pedigree. Goes straight to Arsenal, why

That highly valued and somewhat scarce attribute supersonic pace. Or I could say his agent Lee has done an incredible job or should I say miraculous.

With God all things are possible going from nothing to something. I said miraculous cause his agent is one of the very very few that professes Christ.

Why not quote me? I guess this was to me.

In the case of Chidi Nwakali, Celtic wanted to buy him. I do not know how Brendan Rodgers got info on Chidi but he wanted to buy him. However, Guardiola ruled against a sale and would only accept loan.

When it comes to Chidi Nwakali, he will not go for good money. So that answers your question. Chidi Nwakali will not command a high fee and if he turns out brilliant, he will become a good buy for the club.

Chidi Nwakali had man of the match performances. I doubt quality is the problem. The problem is why expose a player and buy him at a far more expensive price.

No Special Treatment For Mikel At Tianjin Teda: Has A Roommate, No Food/Accommodation Provided

John Obi Mikel is not getting any special treatment from Tianjin Teda despite the holding midfielder being their marquee signing in the January transfer window.

Before signing the contract, Tianjin Teda chiefs informed the Nigeria skipper that they were aware feeding and accommodation arrangements were excellent at Chelsea but he’ll not get that at the club because they want to maintain equality and he accepted.

Netease Sports says Tianjin Teda are happy with the manner in which Mikel has comported himself since his arrival at their training camp in Malaga and his relationship with his new teammates.

The Nigeria captain is not enjoying the treatment of being the biggest player in the team and has been paired with a roommate.

He trained with his new teammates for the first time on Sunday morning and left a good impression.

“For now no official enquiries, it is a rumour and we will take it as one of those things. ”

Etebo, 21, comes off contract with C.D. Feirense at the end of the 2017-2018 season.

Why the rush to China? Is it not too early for her career?

Arsenal Nigerian Striker Studying An Offer From Chinese Club

Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Super Falcons star Asisat Oshoala could depart Arsenal Ladies before the start of the 2017 Women’s Super League season.

Representatives of the 2016 African Women Footballer of the Year are studying an offer from an unnamed Chinese Women’s Super League team.

Oshoala has entered the final year year of her contract with the Gunners and it is thought the Londoners are willing to allow her leave as she was not a relevant member of the team last season, with only six starts to her name.

The 22-year-old, a product of Rivers Angels, has also represented Liverpool Ladies.

I don't know because I have never met Balogun and I don't know what kind of person he is. Furthermore, I don't know what his relationship with Senninger is like.

So Balogun's opinion is better than mine ? ?? I don't want to put the player Senninger down, so when I say he did not stand out, you should be able to understand. I watched him live over two full 90 minute games.

Exclusive – Agent Reveals Amount Chelsea Paid John Obi Mikel As Severance Fee

John Obi Mikel transfer from Chelsea to Chinese side Tianjin Teda happened after the Blues decided not only to allow him leave for free but also reward him for his long service with a severance fee.

The captain of the senior Nigeria national team left Chelsea after ten and half years at the club, after falling out of favour with current manager Antonio Conte.

Conte didn’t name the Nigerian in any of his match day squad, as his table topping side relied on Nemanja Matic and N’Golo Kante as the midfield pair in their 3-4-3 system.

Mikel according to an intermediary close to him was paid the total wage of the remaining six months of his contract before his move to Tianjin Teda, on a deal twice his pay at Chelsea.

He reportedly received a severance fee worth £2m from Chelsea, which is the total pay package of the last six months of his deal with the Blues.

I do not know how else to say it but I repeat the same thing over again. I said I want Rohr to look into Fabian Senninger because his opinion is Final. You feel he is not good enough. A journalist feels he is one of the most promising talents in German football. The scouts of Nike put him at top 5. Another said he watched his clip and was not satisfied. I watched his clip and liked his marking. Leon Balogun feels Fabian has something to offer.

These are opinions. The final decision falls on Rohr. I want Rohr to give him a close look and make the final decision.

No one is taking a shot at your opinion.

That was earlier this season. You do not know the dynamics that have gone down behind. You do not know if Rodgers secured another young defensive midfielder after he could not secure Chidi.

I just pointed out the challenge the young man is facing and it is from City. We do not want to let him go hoping we can secure a work permit down the line.

Rodgers did not want a loan but a buy. So saying he will take Chidi on loan is not accurate.

City should sell Chidi Nwakali and stop seeking for loan deals.

I haven't really looked into it in depth but it is much easier to get a work permit to play in the SFA. Than in the English football leagues.

The issues of work permit will almost cancel any English team. However, playing for Celtic with a manager that believes in youth and is not scared to put them in the deep end. Is a very good proposition for Nwakali and making a step from Scotland to England will not be problematic after a season or two of consistent quality playing.

I think City delayed the young man enough. I wish it worked out but it is time they decide to sell. That is the first step. Even if it is Rosenborg, I feel that is better than the state Chidi is in now.

There's a benchmark to be met before someone is handed a call up.

No serious FA hands a call up to a kid who haven't made the match day squad of his club.

No need wasting scarce resources to invite him over to find out if he has the quality.
The first stage of his trial should be seeing him earn a place in his club's first team, not playing for Hannover U20's.

When he makes the leap to the first team, then he has earned a spot to try out with the Super Eagles.

I am glad Rohr does not think like you. No one is asking for a babysitter. Check if he is good enough. Just as Keshi helped the likes of Mba and Oboabona professionally, finding a brilliant potential can help us mould another Star.

“Aside from Tyronne, we have found a player in Germany who was playing in the Bundesliga last year but has gone down on relegation," he continued.

“He is 20 years old. He told me it’s an honour for him to come to play for the country of his father, his mother is German.

“He is like Balogun, very quick and very good. Hopefully, he will come too.

“So now, we have the time to see them play in their clubs, speak and meet with them, bring them in a good condition in order to help us for the qualification.”

AFCON2019 qualifiers set to cancel Eagles Senegal friendly in March

A proposed Super Eagles friendly in March against Senegal in London may no longer be played as that window will also see the beginning of AFCON 2019 qualifiers.

The AFCON 2019 qualifiers will begin on March 20 across Africa, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) have announced.

The draw for the qualifying tournament is scheduled for Thursday in Libreville, Gabon.

Officials of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF)have hinted the Super Eagles plan to prepare for a crucial 2018 World Cup qualifier at home against Cameroon in August by playing against another power-playing team in Senegal.

Four-time champions Nigeria have failed to qualify for two straight AFCONs, 2015 and 2017, and will now hope to make up for this failure by ensuring they make it to Cameroon 2019.

Watford striker Odion Ighalo decides this week to follow Mikel to China

by Samm Audu

Top sources have informed AfricanFootball.com Watford striker Odion Ighalo will decide this week whether he will follow fellow Nigeria star Mikel Obi and take the “crazy money” China now offers.

Ighalo has long been linked with a big-money transfer to China and it has been reported there is now a renewed interest in the striker from the Far East.

Media reports have suggested he could well partner Carlos Tevez at Shangai Shensua after Watford rejected a 38 million pounds bid for the striker from Shangai SIPG last year.

Shangai Shensua have now made Tevez the highest paid player in the world on a weekly wage of 615,000 pounds.

In the summer, Ighalo signed a new five-year contract with ‘The Hornets’ to cool off interests from China.

“Yes, it’s a possibility he could move to China,” one top source disclosed to AfricanFootball.com
“There should be an update in this regard this week.”

Ighalo, whose international future remains in the balance on account of lack of goals for the Super Eagles, spoke of having sleepless nights before he decided not to take “the crazy money” tabled before him from China.

Watford manager Walter Mazzarri has tried to avoid being part of the speculations surrounding Ighalo’s future, insisting he remains with the Premier League club.

On Saturday, the 27-year-old Ighalo played the entire game as Watford went past Burton Albion 2-0 to reach the fourth round of the FA Cup.

He has only managed a goal in 17 appearances in the league, a far cry from the 15 goals he netted in his debut season in the English top flight.
