Good morning house pls I have funny question, I read birth stories here and people do say they saw show/mucus plug after wiping, please does it mean that when am close to edd am supposed to be wiping after using the toilet? Because am not used to wiping at all I just use water to clean up and that's all. Please answer my curiosity. |

mydreams25: It's just like vaginal discharge, it's brown-ish in color at first, then as time goes on, if you are still in Labour, it will become like cattarh that use to draw, you will also notice traces of pinkish to mild red blood when you clean up. That's what mucus plug is. It is the substance that covers your cervix and keeps it from infections. When you see such, just know that Labour is very much around the corner. |

Yes, you should use tissue, and if you are not comfortable with that, put on light colored panties that will help you see clearly, the exact color of discharge you are having. Once you pull down to wee or poo poo, you will see the discharge. |

Good afternoon wonderful mamas Baby Ilan is doing much better I was allowed to feed him today. I expressed and they fed him through syringe. I'm told since he ate without issues, that it's a great improvement and he should be home with us within a day or two. Yes oh it's that first poo. He pooped in the womb before he came out. Breastmilk no flow o But by this morning my boobs were fuller so I used breast pump for like 30mins before small came out I expressed up to 20ml sha before I left the hospital I'm taking lots of tea to help with the milk production too BlossomedCherry: |
