If you have followed the guidelines above, you should be able to download relevant materials. Besides, note that you can also use your wisdom or knowledge of the keyword to search. For instance, 'Land Spacing' in the context of our topic could also mean 'Plant Population' or 'Plant Density'. Don't just complain that you cannot find relevant information, sometimes you may need to look for similar word that could replace it in the context of your study. Remember 'In Context'. That is word, phrase or clause that could replace the existing one in context. I have downloaded many articles but uploading it here is difficult. You may contact me through obasy09@gmail.com to get a copy. The copies are just for you to see how they look like. You are expected to carry out the exercise and download at least 50 relevant materials on your own. You need a pdf reader to view the files.

Expo: If you cannot get enough materials during the search( not in this case because there are a lot of materials on our topic). Sometimes, no matter how hard you try, you can only get a couple of very relevant materials. In that case, check the references of the few 'very relevant' materials that you have and look up the references. Copy the title of the relevant reference that you see to scholar.google.com . Most times, you will be able to get them for free. Another thing is that you can use a vpn for the browser that you use in searching (I use Zenmate, search google store for it.). You may select USA (it's free) and search Google scholar using having activated the VPN. From my experience, you could have access to more quality journal for free. Don't ask me why, Oyibo people like themselves pass you.

STEP 2: PREPARING THE DOCUMENT FOR EASY REFERENCING.

I usually prepare my document before I begin the process of actual writing. I first of all, check each materials to reconfirm their relevance. Any material found wanting is deleted immediately (if you don't, it may waste your time later). Once I sort out the more relevant materials, I prepare them for easy referencing using the software known as Zotero. Zotero is a bibliography management software that can help you to manage citation and references. With the software, you can cite in about 20 different referencing styles (e.g. APA, Harvard, MLA, Chicago etc). If you want to be doing the citation and referencing manually all the time, you will grow old before you are done with a paper. So take advantage of the technology! Let me sound a note of warning. You must also try to know how to cite manually particularly (APA, Harvard, MLA and Chicago/Turabian). This is because when software (technology: zotero) 'decides' to 'Bleep you up', you will know how to put in a little effort to correct it. Download Zotero standalone and install it on your sytem (it's free). You may also download the addon for your browser (I am sure it is available for Chrome and Firefox browsers). Let me know when you have all downloaded the materials and install the Zotero so that we can start (properly) the next stage tagged "PREPARING THE DOCUMENT FOR EASY REFERENCING USING ZOTERO".

Good question. It is good to do so. However, do not use Turnitin initially. You may use Copyscape or any other effective one. To answer your question directly, I do not usually run it because I am already used to writing plagiarism-free papers (between 90-100% unique contents).
