Appeal takes 3days to be verified; just got mine verified too yesterday. So, dont stress yourself or rather, send a mail to <service@mail.alipay.com>

Please what documents did you upload exactly.
I had a problematic order which was closed too since 4th January.
I have no access to bank statement as I used my sister's GTB card, so I couldn't upload any documents.

Money not yet refunded after 8 days.

By the way, have you been able to use the card after the successful appeal?

I Dont understand, do you mean you added it to your cart? if yes, then no you won't lose the coupon if you remove it to add another phone.
you only use the coupon once you pay for your order.
nb however, you lose a $ off the coupon each time to try to pay for your order.
ie you lose a $ off your coupon each time you get to that stage on the picture I attached, and you didn't end up paying or if the payment was unsuccessful.
I know this, cause I experienced it three times, the first two times was when I was trying to pay using my gt card but it wasn't successful, so each time I went back to pay again,I noticed the coupon was short. I eventually had $7 at the time,had to go open another account on another phone.

Your appeal page will list what you're required of, but mine were ID, MasterCard Snapshot (front) and bank statement.

You can ask your sister to request for her last 4 weeks e-statement of account from Gtbank via their Twitter handle or mail them at statement at Gtbank dot com. If she's been profiled for online banking, she can get it via that platform in minutes.

You'll only receive a mail from them when your appeal has been verified, until then, nothing from them and you can't place any other. Just able to checkout my orders yesterday after verified appeal.

So i was finally verified after 3 days and i successfully bought an Alipocket of 100 dollars .

i tried to use another GTbank card to complete the remaining 67 dollars and they collected the payment and later cancelled the order telling me to appeal and verify again.......nightmares.

I didn't use any token fa, I paid and it went through. have used the car more than 4 times now. my gtb is MasterCard, the access is visa card..however the access has softtoken ..

Just select "Add a new credit/debit card" and fill the fields with the required info, at Checkout page. Don't buy AliPocket Coupon with the other card. That's the way my brother used it and it worked for him. My appeal required that I submit the details of the 2 cards I once attempted using, which they did verify.
