sunnyday6738:The cause maybe from you do touch your phone with water on palm and i don't think it supposed to affect the touchpad since the phone is a new phone and you never change it touchpad right from my experience you will have to loose the phone and clean the touchpad but guarantee you it can work for you |

Macaulish: bobo65: I Thank you both for the timely response been trying to reply since yester noon but wanted to take screenshots in ascending order of the issue first to make it easier for you, so it happens while I was trying to take the last step of screen shot I tried using the metro pc device unlocker again with an open WiFi and viola! It did open, it happens that the first one I tried to use the app on was an airtel sim, and now I tried it again but with an mtn sim, it got it parmently unlocked BUT there is another setback! It so happens I can't get 3G on this phone it's stuck on edge. I have tried all settings possible to no avail, if I should put it on WCDMA only the network runs off with an "x" mark onnit as if to say "off" Even when I move to an area with strong network signal and set it to LTE/WCDMA/2G it's still stuck on edge, I know something is wrong I have entered the inner phone network settings using *#2263# still didnt solve the issue, would show you screenshots later, network isn't processing it now

It finally unlocked Now you can see that even though it's on auto select with a full network bar it's still stick on Edge I entered the service mode band selection which you can see is on auto then entered the wcdma band settins and you can see its writing not supported for the 800 and 2100 3G band which is the common one with Nigeria networks, could that be the issue? Or there's another way around?

elvision1: You need to check your device specification on gsmarena.com And see if its frequency supports WCDMA.. IF Not. Just dey enjoy Network Frequency smoothly.... Cheers. |

Macaulish: Lol,come on! To check on Something wey support 4G? No I no fit just dey enjoy am dey go like that there must be a way out! I would search the ends of the world! But seriously though, flashing/rooting might be an option. Which I don't like, I saw somewhere on quota where someone suggested a software update, would see if it fixes the issue. |
