Bro, calm down. I've been in your shoes before. Since you said it's an online transaction, the fault is from interswitch not nairabet or your bank. Follow interswitch on Twitter. Pls, you have to be patient enough for this to work through. Contact them and wait for their response. It'll take sometime for them to reply but surely they will. You'll get a complaint code n make sure u sound a bit hasty but not nasty.
One more thing, it's better you use quickteller each time you want to fund your account cuz they hardly disappoint. This advice is for those using nairabet, bet9ja and merrybet. Goodluck!
