I would say you sound like a potential immigrant solely based on what you've written. VOs will definitely look at it that way as well except you are able to prove with very strong reasons such as financial ties, employment why anything should make you go back to Nigeria.

If you already have a Bachelors degree, apply to graduate school.

That would depend on why you're leaving. Technically, you can take a 'leave of absence' of less than 5 months in which case you won't require a new visa to re-enter the US. You would definitely need supporting documentation from the international office before you leave and would also need to keep communicating with them while you're away in Nigeria. This is assuming you still want to continue as a student and feel you'd be okay to continue by then.

If you plan to stay longer in Nigeria, of course you'd need to go through the whole visa process again.
Lest I forget, make sure to let your international office know and let them officially release you before you leave.

Yes you can. In as much as it's not 3months you last printed it. If you can print another copy, that would be fine.

I was supposed to go for interview today but the ministry of education rejected my statement of result. they asked me to bring my degree certificate for authentication. I have applied for the certificate and it will take up to 3 weeks for it to be ready.

what does this have to do with US visa ?? ....... You dont need your Certificate to go student visa interview , neither would you be asked for it

Regarding bank statement that is fine , anytime within 3 to 6 months is fine

You can use it to apply since its more than 6 months but try and make sure that you renew your green P before going for your interview in May or June or July if you will apply in Nigeria
