my brother sent me some goods from abroad, he said he used Degon and gave me an agent number, i alson recieved a tracking id from DEGON ng, i called the agent but she said i should pay the sum of #7000 to her account before i could see my goods, i paid the money but i did not recieve anything, please what should i do, and do you have any idea on how to report this to degon
