You can use the link below to calculate your score... http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp I believe you should be able to pay with your dollar master card. Have you ever tried it with any other online transaction? ABUkAkA: |

The total point is 1200, how can I improve my points from 481 ? |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Nobody: 12:47pm On Jan 15, 2017 |
ABUkAkA: ABUkAkA: I don't think you need to improve your score. What you have should be good enough to get you an ITA if the current trend persists. The latest cut-off is 459 while the previous was 468. If you are so keen on improving your score, then you can improve your IELTS score or go for PNP (which will give you 600 points extra). I will advise you submit your profile as soon as possible once you complete your evaluation. Do you know how long WES evaluation will take? Good luck |

Your CRS is 351. You will need to rewrite IELTS and have around L8R7W7S7 to go past the 400 bar 1 Like

Good day guys, i am new here but i have read up all the pages. Please i would like to know if Ontario sent Notification of Interest at any point last year. I am aware that they paused at some point but did anybody here get such from them. |

Gurus in the house , now that i have made up my mind to write ielts because my success towards ITA solely depend on it as other factors are taken care of, your support and guidance is highly welcomed. 1) How do i get adequate materials or do i need an agent (2) Is it possible to have a score of 8 across all sections ? |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by dogice(m): 7:50pm On Jan 15, 2017 |
Chinnie4Jesus: Hi, Ontario paused nomination for some of their streams last year. They paused the Human Capital Stream (Only the French category is still open in the Human Capital Stream), they also paused the Investor Category stream last year. But the employer/job offer stream is still open. And yes, a lot of people received NOI from various streams last year before they were closed. |

ABUkAkA: I have no idea how long WES takes for evaluation. A friend who evaluated his qualifications with them said they write to schools for confirmation which takes more time. You cannot submit your profile until evaluation result is out. You can gather other documents while you await evaluation. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Nobody: 8:31pm On Jan 15, 2017 |
youseuph: I don't think you need an agent. I believe you can get at least 8 in each section with the right material and good practice. |

youseuph: You can do this yourself, you don't need any agent, check YouTube for listening examples, iletsbuddy, ilets Liz, and the ilets Nairaland thread for information. 2 Likes |

Hey vcole... How much did it cost to get your police certificate and could you get it same day? Wonder if they open on weekends. Also, when you did your medicals, was it the results you got and uploaded or just a proof of medicals taken? One the hospitals insists the only send results to embassy and give a proff of results taken to the applicant. The other gives a result to the applicant... the latter is cheaper tho. Qlife, the 3rd seems to be the cheapest and they also offer a generated form and not the results... So I guess Qlife it is then. For those interested in the costs I can share if needed. Anyone who got ITA recently and has gotten a police certificate and medicals? 1 Like |

The Children's Practice - N28k each regardless of age Qlife - N28k adults, 22k for 11 and below, 20 for infants IOM - 40,200 for adults 15 yrs and above, 31,800 for applicants 11 to less than 15 yrs, 28,100 for applicants 5 to less than 11 yrs, 26,200 for applicants 0 to less than 5 yrs Qlife is better when you have kids involved. boldinc: Nice one. Qlife it is then. What is the age range of the infants? Can one do everything in a day? Do we need to book appointment? |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Nobody: 10:57am On Jan 16, 2017 |
boldinc: You can get the police certificate same day. My friend's brother got mine for me but my friend has refused to tell me the cost because he doesn't want a refund. I think a proof of medical is what you need to upload. Results are sent directly to CIC. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by boldinc(m): 11:12am On Jan 16, 2017 |
I just told the lady the ages of the kids - 9 and 1... Not sure of the range. Here's the phone number for them - +2348113975433 You need to book an appointment and I think you can get the document you need immediately. But results are sent to CIC in 3 days. SlowlybtSurely: 2 Likes |
