The alleged (I couldn't see the license plates) diplomats are in the right. The original vehicle collision was a crime of hit and run and that's for the police to handle. You make a report to them and you have witnesses. The second vehicle collision was premeditated and the actors took the law into their own hands. It should be an easy charge of assault with a dangerous weapon, attempted murder (depending on speed) and the attempted kidnapping is also a viable charge. We have to be the change that we seek. PS: If they were diplomats, then they can't be charged with a crime but will have to repair the vehicle. These could have been resolved easily by going to their embassy with proof but instead the Nigeria gra gra no gree them. 1 Like |
