Thank you again. It seems so. I just got a mail this morning from cic requesting additional document. They need his father to sign an authorization document for him to travel with me. I dont want to get excited though because I don't know if they are still reviewing or if they have made a decision. His medical changed to passed last week. What do you think. Here is part of the mail they sent. This is in reference to your application for temporary residence. The following documents are required to continue processing your application: > Parent Authorization to Travel: Signed letter of authorization from the non accompanying parent (father) authorizing your travel to Canada. Must be accompanied by a copy of his passport or national id clearly showing his signature. This must be received at this office by: 2017/0 uso84: 2 Likes |

lovetrumps:This is a positive sign and shows a decision is about to be made pending when they get the consent from his father. I have the feel his application will be approved as soon as you send the authorization letter. It will come out well. Best regards. |

Hello everyone Pls am in a state of confusion right now and i will be so glad if you can help me out. A friend of mine introduced me to an agent, in which i had a brief discussion with the traveling agent. He told me i will need to give him my WAEC cert, scanned passport data page, birth certificate and an 100k upfront to pay the school as an acceptance fee then we later talk about the amount am going to pay for his service which is 150k. Please should i trust the agent and proceed or quit? Please ur opinion is needed Thanks in advance God bless you guys |

guys if ur passport is dispatched today and u havent received an email of approval could that be a rejection?? |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 11 by Austinpee4: 1:02pm On Jan 18, 2017 |
telvinfantasy:1. Your friend should be advising you instead with some level of trust in the agent since he/she introduced you to the agent. 2. The decision to proceed or quit is your call. Afterall, it is your cash and time. 3. You should also be informed about everything involving your intentions, it gives you some level of control even if you choose to use an agent. 4.Almost everything about studying in canada(admission-study permit) have been widely discussed on this thread.Find useful information for yourself. 1 Like |

Re: Travelling To Canada Part 11 by successtouch: 1:27pm On Jan 18, 2017 |
mcobex: the challenge you are having is not your sponsorship. it has to with the course you are going for ,that is why purpose of visit was ticked . ur course is nether related to your job or your undergraduate studies. and you also have to go for a program that is higher than your previous education, there should be a career progression. and you can also order for your case file. to know exactly what you are addressing. for personal asset your spouse and children and your personal account statement will address that and if you are employed a leave of absent will address it. success can only come when u do things differently from the way u did before. take your time and make sure you are addressing the right thing. |

thomilistic: How much exactly were you trying to pay, if is above 150$ you may need to pay from your USD Dom account or get someone abroad pay for you. |

How much is Canada visa fee now please and are there other charges we need to pay at the Canada embassy when applying? |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 11 by ladylco: 2:16pm On Jan 18, 2017 |
thomilistic: You need a dollar denominated card to be able to process the payment. Naira denominated cards are now prohibited to process foreign currency transactions both via web and ATM(foreign) Contact your bank and request for a dollar visa or master card. |
