Your list is giantly incomplete without the addition of ILORIN. I live in Ilorin, food, housing and transportation are unbelievably cheap here. You can hire a taxi man in Ilorin for a whole day for just 2,000 Naira. |

Owerri is cheap but Aba is not? Who composed this nonsense? In Aba, you could rent a three-bedroom flat for N100-150k. In Owerri, that's the price of a one-room self-con. 4 Likes |

A piece of land in the bush. Even with 300k you won't get a plot in Ib except you're willing to live in a bush. A plot cost 1-1.5mill on average In a standard area. 4 Likes |

Re: 5 Cheapest Cities To Live In Nigeria by zheroes(m): 7:27am On Jan 19, 2017 |
Your analysis isn't thorough in my opinion!!!! After listing these cities I expected you to put the average accomodation cost of let's say a 1 bedroom flat, average cost of transportarion per bus stop and cost of a plate of food for the common man. Where I stay in lagos you can still get a N30 bus for about half a KM drive, some states its N50 wether you like drop after 50 meters, a miniflat here you can still get for N150k- N200k, 1 year payment, a bottle of beer N200, a plate of food N250, pure water N10... That your owerri I disagree!!!! Am totally dissapointed you didn't mention benin city!!! You didn't do you job thoroughly 1 Like |
